PRESERVE IT
The sponge should be replaced every 2 months or so. It can be composted. Just remember to remove the small hanging thread beforehand.
From time to time, boil it for about 5 minutes to sterilize it. You can also add 2-3 drops of tea tree essential oil to the water to disinfect it.
USE
1️⃣ Soak sponge in water before each use.
2️⃣ Once swollen, wring it out. Either add a dab of your usual cleanser or use the sponge on its own.
3️⃣ Gently massage your face in circular motions, without exerting too much pressure.
4️⃣ Then rinse your sponge with lukewarm water.
5️⃣ Squeeze dry in a cool, well-ventilated place.
