The sponge should be replaced approximately every 2 months. It can be thrown into the compost. Just remember to remove the small suspension wire first.

From time to time, boil it for about 5 minutes to sterilize it. You can add 2-3 drops of tea tree essential oil to the water to disinfect it.

1. After washing your hair, gently wring it out with your hands to remove excess water.
2. Place the towel over your head, positioning the wide end at the base of your neck.
3. Wrap your hair in the long part of the towel, then fold it back.
4. Secure it in place by attaching the button to the loop.
